Feature

The combination of the rotation conveyor and the board chains can flexibly transport the paper roll to the required position, and has a high efficiency, which greatly reduces the labor intensity and increases the flexibility of the entire paper roll conveyor system. The intelligent paper roll transport system is mainly responsible for the transportation and management of the roll paper needed in the Corrugated line.

● Structural composition: original paperboard chain conveyor, rotating mechanism and frame (using rotating support structure);

● Rotary motor：1.1kw;

● Mechanical limit and electrical limit on the frame；

● Maximum load : 3.5 tons;

● Adopts Siemens series, which uses independent processing communication data and logic program to support high-speed counting, pulse transmission, DP bus, ethernet communication and other functions;

● Adopts automatic control, with automatic/manual switching function and closed loop self-correction function.

● The system has self-diagnosis and operation fault alarm function; the CPU module of the plc will automatically diagnose the operation of the plc module. When the equipment in the conveyor system fails during operation, the system will give an audible and visual alarm signal to remind the user, and the cause of the fault will be automatically displayed on the alarm screen of the touch screen, which is convenient for self-control maintenance personnel to overhaul. The emergency stop device, after the emergency stop on the site is pressed, disconnects the corresponding main circuit to ensure safe production.

● The system has a remote supervision function, which requires the customer to provide the external network to the control cabinet;
