Paper Roll Transport System

The intelligent paper roll transport system is mainly responsible for the transportation and management of the paper rolls required on the corrugated production line. It is divided into the paper roll conveying part, the paper roll feeding part, and the paper roll transport part and paper roll discharge part. It consists of mechanical hardware and control software, which truly realizes intelligence, efficiency, it is very helpful to improve the overall speed of the whole corrugated line, and also reduces labor costs and intensity.

The system is an advanced one. The buyer only needs to be responsible for the pre-embedded parts, pipelines, air supply, communication cables and power cables. The supplier is responsible for designing the complete transportation system and providing the equipment system and control system, software systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, foundation pit cover production and guidance installation and training.

Main Structure

● Paper roll in-feeding platform：consists of a paper storage platform and paper separator;

● Paper centering equipment：consists of jack-up cylinders, left and right clipboards and boxes;

● Board chain turntable:consists of original paperboard chain conveyor, rotating mechanism and frame (using rotating support structure);

● In-feeding board chain conveyor:consists of multiple v-type chains, sprocket transmission mechanism and frame and pneumatic left and right kicker; v-shaped board chain consists of v-shaped plate and rolling bearing, v-shaped plate angle is 170 degrees, width is 250mm;

● Paper roll discharge terminal:consists of 2 sets of lifing cylinders, kicking arms and brackets;

● One key Auto paper feeding device:the production line is installed under the paper holder, and is composed of crankshaft mechanical arm brackets on both sides;
