Feature
* Single piece turning frame provides high stability and effectively;
* Pre-stacking by front side and reverse side, receiving the paper by entire pile, guarantees the orderliness of the pile;
* The first pile of paper is able to be stacked with a certain direction（the colored side upward),automatically stacking output device is optional;
* Automatically/manually receiving paper selectable，manually mode can be suitable for the paperboard in small size;
* Visual control，easily-operation，working state can be automatically displayed，automatically alarms for errors or mistakes;
* Siemens PLC control system and variable-frequency speed control system, enables infinitely speed control without stopping the machine.
Automatic Stack out Section
* When the stack reaches to the setting height, the stacker plate and stacker temporary holder would switch automatically without operation.
* The stack could automatic move out, connecting with ground transfer system, works fast stable.
Production Management System
* The production management system connect the laminator control system with corrugator control system perfectly, which could improve production efficiency, increase production, reduce raw material loss, reduce operator experience dependency
* All factors that affect efficiency are monitored and adjusted by PMS production section, including splicer paper change control, order change and so on.
* All factors that affect product quality are monitored and adjusted by PMS quality control section, including corrugator glue control, preheater wrap angle control and so on.
* The PMS information control is in charge of the order management, raw material control and report statistics.
Remote Diagnosis System
* Engineers through the network and the production line computer to establish remote connection
* Targeted troubleshooting, can greatly shorten the downtime due to failure
* Perform the necessary remote maintenance and upgrade of the production line control system
Motor and Control System
* Main motor and control parts are from famous brand suppliers in the world and this can make sure the stability and reliability of the whole production line
* HMI display and operation can be completed by touch the screen
* VFD technology and servo control has been applied widely in the corrugated production line so that the energy consumption will be lower
