Production Management System

* The production management system connect the laminator control system with corrugator control system perfectly, which could improve production efficiency, increase production, reduce raw material loss, reduce operator experience dependency

* All factors that affect efficiency are monitored and adjusted by PMS production section, including splicer paper change control, order change and so on.

* All factors that affect product quality are monitored and adjusted by PMS quality control section, including corrugator glue control, preheater wrap angle control and so on.

* The PMS information control is in charge of the order management, raw material control and report statistics.

Remote Diagnosis System

* Engineers through the network and the production line computer to establish remote connection

* Targeted troubleshooting, can greatly shorten the downtime due to failure
